After 26 years as a sales, leadership and personal growth trainer in the corperate and non profit sector, I have turned my attention to joining my lovely wife Dawnette in building our property mangement portfolio. Together, with my varied background in business management and her many years of successful Property Management experience, we believe that we can service our client and customer base with the most professional management team available. I have managed all types of properties including condos, apartments, single family homes and HOA Communities and resort management over the last 19+ years. With the experience of day to day management and all its challenges… which I call “Opportunities to Make Pigs Fly!” I specialize in taking care of any problems or challenges that may come while keeping a sense of humor and handling the events with professionalism. Life is too hard as it is, let me help you with your properties, so your valuable time is spent doing what you call recreation.

We are a team of professionals that enjoy our work… We offer service with two full-time Property Managers, myself and Shawn Fletcher, as well as Kat Banzeruk, Executive Administrative Assistant; Misty Wilson, Leasing Assistant; and Reilly Griffiths, Leasing Assistant! Balancing family, friends and a growing business can be quite challenging. I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling when I am available to do so, day “road trips” are the best. We live in the beautiful Northwest where there are still hideaways that have yet to be ventured! Work is a passion for me, to see all the wonderful properties and to help others find a house to call home. I get excited about each property; I find that special something that makes this property what it is unique. With my team to assist and support this business we are successful for our clients!!!!
